Only 2 pets per household.  No vicious or intimidating breeds (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, German Shepards and Doberman breeds of dogs). This also applies to mixed breeds.
$150 non-refundable pet fee
$25.00 per pet, per month pet rent
